Technology
We use whatever internet-enabled technologies are available to reduce the cost of our services, improve the results, and of particular importance, to provide services to customers and in contexts that would otherwise be impossible or unwieldy -- for example to customers in areas remote from our physical location. Like nearly everyone else in the current environment, we are concerned with our carbon footprint and are discovering that physical proximity to a customer is less and less a requirement for excellent service provision.
In our publishing activities, we aim to reduce the use of paper and courier as much as possible by using email, ftp and internet fax. We are exploring non-paper-based methods of publishing that respect the rights of authors and composers to be paid for their creative work.
